John Holleman - Attorney

John handles complex litigation matters nationwide including an employee’s right to fair pay, oil & gas matters for landowners and catastrophic personal injury litigation. He is nationally recognized for the cases he has handled involving employers not allowing workers to report all time worked, pay workers overtime, or having the workers on straight salary when they should be getting overtime. These cases have been on behalf of individuals as well as hundreds of workers in fracking, oil and gas fields, police departments, jailors, pharmaceutical sales and those improperly paid salary as “managers” or “supervisors.” John is a charter member of the American Association of Justice’s Wage and Hour Section and most recently spoke at its section meeting at the national conference in New York City. He is also an active member of the National Employment Law Project’s Wage and Hour Clearinghouse. John tries to limit his practice these days to multi-party representations in collective or class form including mineral owners and various oil and gas matters. He continues to handle selected personal injury maters as well.
