Loomis Armored US
This is a collective action for overtime wages. Loomis is a large integrated cash distribution network that provides armored car services to its clients. Loomis employed Plaintiffs as armored vehicle drivers, guards, and messengers but did not pay them one-and-a-half times their regular rate of pay for all their overtime hours worked. Instead, Loomis willfully misclassified its armored vehicle drivers, guards, and messengers as employees who were exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act.
If you worked for Loomis Armored US, LLC within the last 3 years as an armored vehicle driver, guard, or messenger, and were not paid one-and-a-half times your regular rate of pay for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek, you may be entitled to financial compensation.

- Any documents or records relating to your claim that you were entitled to overtime or other wages that you did not receive during your employment with Loomis; and
