Koppers, Inc.
A class action lawsuit has been filed in Pulaski County Circuit Court on behalf of yard employees at Koppers, Inc.'s facility in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Plaintiffs allege that they were not adequately paid for the time they spent putting on and taking off a uniform and other protective equipment at a bathhouse, and then walking to their work station.
