Great News for Salaried and Hourly Account Managers Employed by Healthcare Services Group Inc. within the past 3 years.
On May 2, 2014, Court gave Healthcare Services Group Inc.'s Account Managers a Nationwide Collective Action! This covers two classes of the Account Managers as follows:
1) All salaried Account Managers in the Housekeeping sector who worked for Healthcare Services Group, Inc., at anytime from [three years prior to the date when Plaintiffs send out notice] to the present, excluding those who worked in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, or Colorado; and
2) All hourly Account Managers in the Housekeeping sector who worked for Healthcare Services Group, Inc., at anytime from [three years prior to the date when Plaintiffs send out notice] to the present.
The Notice about this case and Consent to Join form were mailed to all members of the class. If you worked at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. as an Account Manager as stated above and want to join this case, you need to sign and return Consent form on or before September 26, 2014.
