FTS International, Inc.

This is a collective-action for wages owed. FTSI performs fracking operations on oil and gas wells throughout North America. FTSI employed Plaintiffs as Service Supervisors. Service Supervisors often worked 40 or more hours in a single workweek but were not paid for any overtime work. Instead, FTSI willfully misclassified Service Supervisors as employees who were exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act.

If you worked for FTSI within the last 3 years as a Service Supervisor and were not paid for all hours worked, you may be entitled to financial compensation. It is illegal for your employer to fire or retaliate against you for joining this lawsuit.

We are looking for the following information:

  • Any documents or records relating to your claim that you were entitled to overtime or other wages that you did not receive during your employment with FTSI; and
  • Anything that leads you to believe that FTSI knew about overtime wage laws.
