Northridge Healthcare and Rehabilitation

Plaintiffs Dafony Boyd, Deana Atkins-Davis, Latoyia Flod, and Hannah Barnes have brought a class action suit under the Arkansas Minimum Wage Act. They worked at a nursing home in North Little Rock, Arkansas and allege that the nursing home deducted 30 minutes for their hours worked each shift for a meal break that they were too busy to take.
