South Arkansas Home Health and Community Health Systems
This is a collective-action for wages owed. South Arkansas Home Health and CHS provide home health care services to clients. South Arkansas Home Health and CHS employed Plaintiffs as Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. RNs, LPNs, and COTAs often worked 40 or more hours in a single workweek but were not paid for any overtime work. Instead, South Arkansas Home Health and CHS willfully misclassified RNs, LPNs, and COTAs as employees who were exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act and paid them on a hybrid per-visit and hourly basis.
If you worked for South Arkansas Home Health and CHS within the last 3 years as an RN, LPN, or COTA and were not paid for all hours worked, you may be entitled to financial compensation. It is illegal for your employer to fire or retaliate against you for joining a lawsuit.
